2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, soft
2 Jars old English cheese
1cGrated cheddar
  Juice & scrapping of one
  Onion
1tsSalt
1/2cSweet pickles, chopped
1cChopped macadamia nuts

Blend cheeses, add remaining ingredients less 1/2 the nuts. Shape into a ball, add remaining nuts and parsley around the ball. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Randy Rigg
